Cecil Smith is the founder of the firm. He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Memphis and got his start in estate planning by working for the IRS as an Estate Tax Attorney, where he audited federal estate and gift tax returns.

Holly Hall received her undergraduate degree from Christian Brothers University and her law degree from the University of Memphis. In addition to the core areas of law listed above, Holly has over three years experience handling residential and commercial real estate transactions.
